Updated to add: This issue has been resolved with an update. There is now a thin blue link button at the top of the "activity' tab in the app that shows "Log Into Your Extras Pay Member Portal Here". Click that and once you get logged in, you can edit your acct. App works well, but needs a way to link a new bank account within the app. I have a new bank account number, but don't have the patience to wait on hold with customer service to update it, so I am unable to pay with my spinx extras card.

Worst user experience of all! Not I tuitive, required 2 trips inside and a refund for 1 purchase. They need all your banking info. Too risky and a huge time waster! Saving a couple bucks is not worth the ridiculous gyrations. Months later they opened near me. I downloaded a new version. At the pump it said with my ID I would get 25 cents off in July. I put my ID in at the pump, and it charged me full price. I drove past my usual gas station and their price was 16 cents lower. Bye bye Spinx!

Trash app. So difficult to see what bank account you have linked. Go to Costco and skip spinx

Normally a great app, but since the update this week- it begins to open, then closes. I haven't been able to get into it.
