This app has made it impossible to wash my clothes today. I used this app once on my phone and it worked as expected. Today, on second use, it won't work on my phone anymore, crashing with the message "SRC Related Error: Incorrect parameters given." I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still get the error. If next tried it on a computer, just to be sure my phone wasn't the issue. The app never fully loads on the computer, getting stuck on a blank page with a logo.
