Great Washers & Dryers and love that it has a built-in timer to know when everything is done.

I have been using this app for about 6 months now and love that I do not need to carry quarters any longer! So far so good, no issues.

Never ever get a new phone with this app. Signed in with Apple ID. It created some insane email name. Said iPhone craps out, swapped to Samsung. Now IDK the email it used. -Well what about going to forget PW and using your phone number??- Excellent idea!! IT Won't LET ME SUBMIT MY PHONE NUMBER INTO THE FORGOT PW. IT JUST LETS YOU TYPE IT WITHOUT ANYWAY OF MOVING FORWARD. Made sure I had signal, cuz you know I'm in a basement, NOPE. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. NAH, F.U

This app has made it impossible to wash my clothes today. I used this app once on my phone and it worked as expected. Today, on second use, it won't work on my phone anymore, crashing with the message "SRC Related Error: Incorrect parameters given." I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still get the error. If next tried it on a computer, just to be sure my phone wasn't the issue. The app never fully loads on the computer, getting stuck on a blank page with a logo.
