The app itself is ok. Needs to display upfront the delivery and service charge at a restaurant though. Annoying to find a restaurant with £0 min order but charging £3 for delivery and 50p "Service Charge" only at point of checkout. Btw what's the service charge for? Postcode entry on location needs to be smart enough to trim leading and trailing spaces and space in the postcode before saying "Postcode not valid", yes it it valid, you just don't like spaces and too lazy to sanity check for them

You can't review or give feedback on the restaurant, positive or negative. I ordered and got half an order and refused delivery until I got it complete. Unsurprisingly when returned I got half 2 hour old cold food and half fresh. Although this incident isn't the apps fault I might not have ordered if I could make an informed choice based on customer feedback

Place order, arrives without a drink, contact customer services, customer services immediate assume I'm lying. Do not install, the restaurants on there are either on other apps or can have ordered placed directly.

Rubbish app. Was touted as fee free when it first came out as an alternative to the money grabbing Just Eat. Didn't take long for this company to do exactly the same and include fees, so what's the difference? Might as well use Just Eat and have the option of better variety of restaurants to choose from. Another snide thing they do is hide the delivery fee until you go to checkout, hoping you'll be too inconvenienced to empty your cart to choose a restaurant with a lower fee.
