★★★★★ Total awesome customization This app is as good as the 50 trx force app. 110 exercises and customized workout. Easy to use app.

★★★★★ Great presentation of exercises The app does a great job of leading you through the workout. Doesn't require any input from user to progress from one exercise to the next, and it shows a helpful GIF of the current exercise. Customization of workouts is also great, allowing you to choose time or reps, circuit/Tabata/HIIT, number of rounds, etc. I'd suggest having more routines available (preferably ones catered to different sports), the ability to share routines, more info on how to perform exercises, integrations with fitness tracker

★★★★★ Efficient Coaching on Proper Form The app could be improved with more features. I wish each exercise included a brief write up describing the muscles impacted and the level of difficulty. I would also like to see more routines included, particularly those that focus on a set of muscles/objectives.

★★☆☆☆ Videos missing, incomplete programs and missing functionality. Please don't publish apps with incomplete features.

★★☆☆☆ Meh Misleading. You can't really customize any workouts. All you can do is change the timing on the preloaded workouts. It would be so much better if you could customize a workout and choose the exercises from the library that you want to do in any particular workout. As currently constituted, you cannot do that. Also, it would be very helpful to have a little bit more instruction regarding strap length for each exercise.
