To adapt the app's instructions to your elliptical machine with 15 levels, you can consider dividing the app's high, medium, and low settings by 3. This way, you'll have roughly 5 levels for each category. Adjust the intensity accordingly by using approximately one-third of the total levels for each incline and resistance level mentioned in the app.
