Just started running and just needed a coach to tell me how long to run for. I can generally run for a few minutes at a time without walking, so the intro to running routine helps with that. Thanks.

My experience with this app was amazing, I started to see muscles in my legs grow and fine tune themselves, along with that growth in muscles my cardio also drastically improved as well, I recommend this app for people who are trying to lose weight or if you just want a good program to be able to stay in shape.

Looks like a nice and helpful app, but there is no settings to adjust the sound of the virtual coach. When I play music on my phone and using the app, I can not hear the voice above the music. And when I turn the music down, the voice of the coach also goes soft. Almost considered buying the premium version, but think I'll start looking out for another app instead.

Can't hear the prompts at all. Completely useless when on a run unless you're staring at the screen. Can't believe I paid for this garbage.
