The rewards' system is set up strangely that for an in store experience, you have to use the app to order and pay, despite the fact that you may want to go to the counter to check out the cakes. No bar code for the staff to scan when placing an order over the counter.

Seriously? You are now charging me a "platform fee" to use an app that you encourage? You people have lost it if you think that is fair. From now on I shall be paying at the register until such time as you try to add a fee for that as well.

The rewards' system is set up unusual in the fact that you have to pay with the app for a drive through adding your credit card details into the app. Would much prefer to just have a barcode that they could scan on the app to earn rewards as a loyalty card system instead of adding my credit card details
