No help option for orders and allowing unofficial restaurants on the app

Really disappointed by the customer support. Been a frequent user of the app and never had an issue until my last order where my order came incomplete, and I emailed for a refund. Their reply was that the restaurant attempted to sort it out, however, I had to wait for over an hour to get my donner meat to my chips cheese and donner and all the food was cold as it was sat for an hour and a half. In addition, the donner meat had an awful smell to it. I tried to explain this but never heard back.
