Here’s How it Works:
First make sure all firearms are unloaded and no live ammo is in the training area.
Step 1: Insert a Laser Cartridge Into Your Own Gun
Step 2: Set Download Straight Shooter App
Step 3: Set Up Targets - print paper targets from within the app or set up a projector to mirror your phone and experience arcade mode! Where you can play against moving targets.
**Popular Question: Can I use this with a TV? The answer is no. Unfortunately, the TV will absorb the laser light so that the phone cannot detect it. However, a blank wall will not absorb the light - so it works!

Worked well right away with my projector. A little laggy between the laser hit and the software Registering the shot. I'll try a wired connection between the phone and projector and see if it performs better. In all a cool app. Edit: Used an usb3 to HDMI cable from phone to projector and the lag is gone.

This is Fun... I’d give 5 stars, but there is a bit more tweaking to do. I, too, had a bit of trouble at first getting targets to register however I attribute this more to the camera than to the app. In functionality, I do wish the buttons responded to the laser in arcade mode. Selecting Play Again or Finished would be nice shooting it instead of touching the phone or tablet and knocking it out of I’m using a G-Site Laser 9 mm and chrome cast because I don't get video w/ the usb it works well for me.

Really cool concept, but works terribly. The auto calibrate feature on the moving targets feature is extremely annoying. It'll recognize that it's ready and then reset, then ready, then reset and because it changes screens every time you can't see how you need to adjust it. The app only recognizes the laser about a third of the time on the moving targets if that. So when you play, you struggle to get it to start and to recognizes obvious hits. Cool concept done poorly. Keep trying.

Spent ours trying to set this up on my projector, then my TV. All kinds of issues from target staying on screen to laser not shooting where I was aiming. I took out the cartridge and put it in at least a dozen times. Over 100 dollars down the drain.

Yup, I can see where this would be fun to use! However, It's pretty useless in its current form. Mine keeps cycling between green good to go, adjust the camera message, and then the actualy targets moving on screen... very frustrating.

App doesn't register any shots and the acquiring target set up seems all messed up. If you move the camera it randomly registers shots without any laser detection. Would be a great product if the app would work.
