5 stars for customer support I have had occasional probs with the app, after phone system updates or forgetting a password. The app gets 4 stars, but customer support is exceptional. Quick response, helpful and friendly. Got my problem resolved same evening, above and beyond my expectations.

Was buggy at first, and eventually it became impossible to turn on & off the switch box. Not a hardware problem, I downloaded the App "GSM Control" for android, works perfectly. I wish the Switch Box owners would update their app, it would make this a great combo.

Convenient... When it works A nice feature of this app is that it accurately displays the status of the switch box unit, which I share with 3 other users. It's also a nicer way of interacting with the unit instead of the raw text commands. However, the app has a tendency to keep forgetting my switch box and defaults to some other box (someone else's?). Additionally, whenever I try to delete the other units, I keep getting a message "unfortunately this app has crashed". So when it works, it's great, but more often than not, it doesn't.
