I paid registration fee, but was unable to unlock any of the bikes. I kept saying connection issue. Can't even report the issue on the app (even on Wi-Fi) it said connection issue. Don't waste your money.

I have never ever seen this bad user experience in any app. It's beyond unusable, completely Broken. Every single user interaction is glitched and full of bugs beyond repair. It took me 45 minutes to try to open a single bike, and it never worked in the end. It asked like 4 times for my credit card details even though I clearly ticked the box saying remember. All in all I wasted like an hour of my holiday I never got the bike. It also never showed the battery levels of the e-bikes.
