I wish the" problems" I encountered goes away. All focused on make sure turn off battery optimization. I tried few days, finally, I managed to click on unrestricted. When my phone does another" update" this undone the required battery allowed to run. Hope DISADVANTAGE staff try to help users, like myself. Monthly smartphone updates, always" re set" everything. DISADVANTAGE is a wonderful way to encourage drivers to drive safely.

This app is incredibly frustrating. I drive so carefully to keep qualifying for a "discount" when rates are still exorbitant, but I have definitely noticed something. The app consistently asks if I took public transit on all my trips that rate in the 90% range. I decided to manually go in and make sure I say no in case it defaults to yes and excludes those ratings somehow. Also, when I average out my ratings, they are higher than what the app calculated. What is going on in the background?

Not a very reliable indicator of actual safe driving. Any normal highway driving seems to be penalized for acceleration. Driving in stop and go traffic seems to trigger low braking scores. Glitchy too.... The app has occasionally hallucinated acceleration events and arbitrarily assigned an acceleration score of 10. In all, the app is not something that's sufficiently accurate to base one's insurance premium on.
