★★☆☆☆ Live had the app on my phone for a couple of years, and it was pretty pointless. Although pressured by Telstra sales staff to upgrade my phone (zero issues with the current one) I resisted and went onto a service plan only. Recently my phone began to noticeably lose battery and the app kept raising CPU overload issues requiring a restart. I deleted numerous apps but kept getting the same warning. I deleted the device care app and lo and behold the issue was resolved. Has me thinking

★★☆☆☆ No way to log in with correct details. Tells me my contract started on the 1/1/70. Not sure about that. Another example of telstra doing what telstra does best. Tells you something will work well, then smashes you in the face with a worthless app/network.
