Transferred my LISA, but there's a now way of actually not viewing my LISA account. Very frustrating!

1) It does not allow me to move my Cash ISA to a Fixed ISA both within the same Tempo account, yet it allows transfers from other banks i.e. offer not available to new customers only. 2(extremely difficult to transfer money out as they do not share the bank account, instead they give you a reference number. Other banks are not setup to recognize reference code (most banks are set up to accept account number and sort code).

Awful experience. Downloaded. Tried to open an account. Registered my email, and they sent a "magic link" code but every time I entered a code, I got an "Oops! Error" message or a "Session timed out" message. If the app account is that hard just to set up, there's no way I trust using it to access my money. Terrible experience.

Feels and looks like a scam. No withdrawal button Unusable app Slow customer service Tons of 1* reviews Something definitely odd about this company, I wish my friend never recommend them to me. I closed my account an hour after creating one, as someone else rightly stated, if it feels too good to be true, it probably is. AVOID!
