Very good app need to be on security engineer to know how to use this app lots of configuration needs to be done on the panel

Fairly happy so far. Able to arm (part or full) and disarm the system from the app. Only annoying thing is not being able to switch off the routine notifications. I don't want a notification when somebody logs on remotely, arms or disarms the alarm but I do want a notification when it goes off!

I don't seem to have the same issues as mentioned in other reviews ; the app connects pretty quickly with fingerprint login, I can arm, part arm and disarm remotely, and I receive notifications when the alarm is set or triggered, it does what it's should mostly. I cannot get the recipes to work and have given up with this, which is a disappointing, as they looked very promising.

I agree with the other 'poor' reviews. The app can arm / disarm the system most of the time (but not always) but so many opportunities are missed. No settings or functionality of the app itself (e.g. notification settings). When/if you're notified the information is poor and usually not even complete. I bought telecom because it's a British firm and offered the notification I wanted when away from my home. Feels very flaky. Not the reliability I hoped for.

Poor. Lack of app maintenance and updates. To many notifications. I want the app to notify me when the alarm is going off not when users log in or out. No controls for me to do this. App access is painfully slow. Would not recommend. Pull you finger out telecom you are meant to be premium!!
