Excellent first version - *update* Keypad works OK - a bit small on a phone but OK on a tablet. Can't get the Smart Key function to work at all - it connects and logs in, but then says the app has failed and has to close - tried on several Android devices and all have the same issue (Premier 48 V9.02) so it should be compatible - hopefully some updates will cure this (and some other issues) *Update* Contacted Telecom and upgraded my panel to V10 and everything works OK now, seems to be an issue with V9.02 on my Premier 48 panel - excellent support from Mark and Wayne at Telecom

Great app but newest update has broken it. All I get now is wrong user code can't connect. Why telecom why hurry up and fix it, so I can be lazy again lol

Despite all the recent updates including last nights it's still broken on android, the keypad side of the app does not work just displays nothing on lcd screen and locks the app up. Only way out is force quit the app. Come on telecom you have had enough attempts at it now.

Doesn't connect despite good IP, port and UDL password. IOS app works, this one is broken, also the interface is a bit ancient. Waste of money, refunded

Worked for 2 weeks but now crashes on every attempt to connect. Uninstalling, clearing cache etc. makes no difference.
