Latest update has been first in a long, long time and initially caused some new issues but cleared cache and synced panel and mostly ok. 1. No longer seem to be able to get lock screen notification when I set alarm but others setting do show. Perhaps trying to be smart. 2. Setting and unsetting alarm seems to use ringtone and so make noise when not wanted

Pleased with the app, and it's interface with the system. I'm finding it frustrating to change the user icon image, it mentions access/permissions required to the camera roll. I have gone into the app and checked the necessary details.

Edited after major update and redesign: The update fixed the constant logging out and excess notifications 😁. The UI feels cleaner, clearer and smoother. The app remains easy and intuitive with good functionality. Two new downsides, unfortunately: 1. The reset button was removed; please bring it back, devs! 2. Pressing the Android return button doesn't exit the app but instead logs out; it would be better to exit the app as it used to do. Also, please may we have a night theme?

This updated app does not work, do not download. I've now lost all mobile connectivity with my system. The app very rarely lets me log in and when it does its pointless because it won't connect to my system. You really need to sort this out Telecom !!

Very poor update, for what is supposed to be a high level alarm system, still very unstable and buggy, it shows different colors on the circle red and orange and don't know what they mean, and will not arm on many occasions. Also gives error codes that are no good to us rather than explanations. A poor basic app that needs the developer to use the Texaco system to know what it's like. Until we get a fix for our issues I will not be recommending Texaco to anyone.

8.12.2025 update will not let you access the system response from comms is null. Need this bug fixed asap.
