This app has been rock solid for years, but has stopped functioning since the last android update. I have spoken to Telecom support and an app update will be available soon to correct the bugs injected in the last update. Telecom please sort quickly!!!

Had this app on my iPhone & it worked all the time but there again I know how to set it up properly with my router. Just bought a Samsung phone & dreading adding it to new phone after reading the reviews but guess what...yep I get notifications & it arms no problem when I'm away from home. As for a show-off to friends I have attached led to the back of my TV via a relay & can switch them on & off from my phone. I think with the com Wi-Fi plus router plus peoples Wi-Fi is the issue & not the app, but that's my opinion. Great app & it's free

After the latest update with "performance and stability improvements" it no longer connects to the panel for controlling remotely. Most notifications don't get through. When they do you, touch the notification and get taken to the app which then doesn't show you the notification, but instead locks you in, and you can't exit it. Whole user experience is poor and the app is awful. Bought the alarm with Comwifi, so I could get notifications via the app. Circa £500 wasted. Regret buying Telecom the product is extremely poor.
