Excellent app dor access to tech manuals couple of improvements would be nice, the use of yellow text on white makes it very difficult for those of us with failing eyesight to read, also dispose ticking the remember me button at the login it doesn't

A good app to support Telecom products. There are some minor bugs remaining however it is fully usable and user-friendly. Resolve the minors and the tasting will become 5/5. Having all manuals available online with a decent search function allows easy reference and is easily better than providing large quantities of paper manuals that tend to get binned. That also gives a good insight into the full product range. Access to the dedicated forum is another benefit.

When click the video under the product manual, it states you need YouTube but when clicking and opening YouTube as it takes you to play store the video does not show this really need to be fixed

Rubbish. Won't even scan the product code. What ever happened to a good old-fashioned paper manual. No more telecom products for me. Pathetic!

As useless as it was, look for a product code to download the manual...nothing, look for the bame of the product.... nothing, scan the barcode... nothing, waist of time. Came on Telecom. You really should do better than this.
