Comments on TexecomPro for Android

★★★★☆ Andrew Allaway · Mar 17, 2020

A good app to support Telecom products. There are some minor bugs remaining however it is fully usable and user-friendly. Resolve the minors and the tasting will become 5/5. Having all manuals available online with a decent search function allows easy reference and is easily better than providing large quantities of paper manuals that tend to get binned. That also gives a good insight into the full product range. Access to the dedicated forum is another benefit.

★★★★★ Chris Wright · Nov 23, 2018

Really good app, and so useful. Telecom keep getting better and better. Can't wait for what they release next.

★★★★☆ Jon Shaw · Aug 16, 2019

Excellent app dor access to tech manuals couple of improvements would be nice, the use of yellow text on white makes it very difficult for those of us with failing eyesight to read, also dispose ticking the remember me button at the login it doesn't

Great App for Installers. User guide of any item is on single click.

★☆☆☆☆ Istvan Varga · Aug 18, 2021

As useless as it was, look for a product code to download the manual...nothing, look for the bame of the product.... nothing, scan the barcode... nothing, waist of time. Came on Telecom. You really should do better than this.

★☆☆☆☆ Luke Grierson · Aug 25, 2026

No anti code reset function, this for some reason has now been taken off and is really annoying as you now need to use a laptop to get a reset code. Absolutely useless

★☆☆☆☆ Dee Gee · Oct 5, 2019

Rubbish. Won't even scan the product code. What ever happened to a good old-fashioned paper manual. No more telecom products for me. Pathetic!

★☆☆☆☆ Kevin Junior · Sep 28, 2021

Not bring up manuals any more one of the reasons I downloaded it (useless)
