The app WAS great, now somethings changed. There were WAY more options available for custom ordering, like adding bacon to a cheeseburger. Now that's not an option in the app anymore. Also for dinners like the cod, I could only sub corn for slaw, but if I were to call the store I can do any add-ons/subs I want, and up until a month or so ago I could in the app as well. Please add all the options back in.

I'm a Healthcare worker and my lunch is only an hour, all I have to do is call Patio and make my order, and it's ready, nice and popping hot, did I mention they are fye!! All their food!!!!

TERRIBLE!!! Order was $75: 1/2 CHICKEN DINNER W/ sour cream & Coleslaw. Paid extra for 2 BBQ sauces for $.50 & FULL SLAB OF RIB DINNER. W/ 2 PIECES OF CARROT CAKE. Dinner came COLD; NO sour cream, NO coleslaw, NO BBQ sauce, NO butter for rolls & one piece of carrot cake INSTEAD OF 2. Really kind of ruined the $75 dinner. When manager was called he gave $10 credit for missing carrot cake, BBQ sauce =$6 & missing coleslaw, butter, sour cream, & a 10% credit. How does that equal $10?

I'm never able to order from this app it always fails, and the website does the same. "Something went wrong" blah blah.
