Was a great app would have given it 4 stars up until a week ago when all it does is flash the blue screen that says the Windsor Star and then up pop's an add regarding power of media. I close the ad, and it's just a vicious circle of the blue screen to the add etc. etc. So disappointed as I used this app as my main news information. Please fix and I will rewrite my review thank you

I would give fewer stars if I could. The Windsor Star has been a 💩 newspaper for MANY years. I stopped buying the physical paper 8 years ago as the prices kept going up, and the paper kept getting smaller. The only good thing was the comics. I would skim the headlines in the app & check out the obits for free in the app. Now I can't get to obits and to read some stories I have to pay. To be honest, it's not really worth it.

This used to be great, it was free had some adds, but it was great to get local news. Now it costs money, they are trying to get us to pay for something that was free in today's economy probably not going to work out. It's sad to see our local paper degrade to this. I will just go with a free version of local news with adds.
