I like this app, used it for years on my Samsung cell and tablet. I always update, don't have freezes or crashes? I don't understand why all the complaints or issues people have? I know ads are annoying when reading a story. Are people using outdated old equipment causing problems?

Really miss old app.so easy and well put together. Now confusing really sorry they changed what did not have to be changed...guess they can charge more $ now...sorry ya finally lost me Sun after about 50 years on various formats.saying goodbye to an old friend.

App no longer works, message "error loading content". News articles are often boring and the videos have publicity media which is much too long..... No one is going to look at 30 seconds add, before getting to the video pertaining to the article!

The latest update has broken navigation. I don't think I'm the only one who reads articles going down the front page. However, now when you go 'back' from an article either with the phone's back button or using the 'back' arrow in the top left corner, the front page returns to the top instead of where you left off, meaning you have to scroll down and find your last point. Really, really annoying.

Full screen ads, and now you need a subscription to read almost all news stories? What a joke. Uninstalled and giving up on even bothering with the Vancouver Sun as a news source going forward...
