I tried the previous version of the thermostat and app, and I couldn't get it to work with my mesh network. The new thermostat and app are very different. The setup was straightforward, and I like the app more than the Nest app that we also use. Is it perfect? No. When you connect to Alexa or Google Home and interrogate the temperature, you don't always get the correct answer. If I am to be picky, some of the documentation could be clearer. Will post again after I've used it for longer.

Literally the worst 'smart' device ever. Devices will connect seemingly fine, then at some point in time disappear from the app (they're listed but gray as if they're offline, but they're not). Seemingly at random; closest ones are just as likely to drop as furthest away ones, so not a signal issue. Schedule setting UI is abysmal.

Energy use always reads zero. Cannot save a schedule or an 'event' as there is no save button.
