★★★★★ Don't like the concept of this. But that's the school boards fault and not the app. As far as the app goes, sometimes it doesn't have the games I want to purchase on there. One day they're there, the next they be gone and then another day later they might pop back up, sometimes even after the game has been played. Wish the schools would go back to receiving money at the games or sell the tickets at the schools or something better than this. Even had to miss a game because my debit card was gone

★★★★★ Had an issue where I accidentally purchased the wrong season pass and Customer service was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. I was able to upgrade to the one I wanted before the season started. Thank you!

★★☆☆☆ Hate this app. Can't even find our school or the tickets I bought.

★★☆☆☆ Difficult to send tickets to family members. Everyone has to have an account with ticket spicket to receive tickets, or they all have to be with you when tickets are used.

★★☆☆☆ This is a terrible app. I need to reset my password every time I use this, and it always gives me a Florida school when I live in North Carolina. What's up with that? Terrible app!
