Tixian Door

Tixian Door: Professional Event Check-In & Payment Processing

Tixian Door is the essential companion app for event staff, security, and door personnel managing ticket validation and on-site sales at live events. Designed to work seamlessly with the Tixian platform, this powerful mobile solution transforms your smartphone into a professional point-of-sale and access control system.

KEY FEATURES

Lightning-Fast Ticket Scanning Scan QR codes instantly to validate tickets and grant entry to attendees. Our advanced scanning technology works in any lighting condition, ensuring smooth check-ins even in dimly lit venues. Real-time validation prevents duplicate entries and fraud, while offline mode ensures you can continue operations even without internet connectivity.

Tap to Pay on iPhone Accept contactless payments directly on your iPhone without any additional hardware. Powered by Stripe Terminal, Tixian Door enables secure card-present transactions using Apple's Tap to Pay technology. Perfect for selling tickets at the door, merchandise, or last-minute upgrades—all with enterprise-grade security and PCI compliance.

Seamless Point-of-Sale Sell tickets on-site with a streamlined checkout experience. Browse available ticket tiers, add items to cart, collect customer information, and process payments in seconds. Support for split payments ensures you can handle transactions of any size, even those exceeding standard contactless limits.

Real-Time Event Synchronization Stay connected to your event data with automatic synchronization. View real-time attendance numbers, track sales, and access up-to-date ticket inventory. Changes made in the Tixian Host app or web dashboard are instantly reflected in Tixian Door, ensuring your team always has the latest information.

Secure Access Control Protect your events with token-based authentication. Each door staff member receives a unique scan token that grants time-limited access to specific events. This ensures only authorized personnel can validate tickets and process payments, with full audit trails for accountability.

Professional Interface Navigate effortlessly with our intuitive, modern interface designed for speed and efficiency. Dark mode support reduces eye strain during evening events, while large touch targets ensure accuracy even in crowded, high-pressure environments. The app adapts to your workflow, not the other way around.

Offline Capability Never let connectivity issues disrupt your event. Tixian Door caches essential data locally, allowing you to continue scanning tickets and recording entries even when internet access is unreliable. All transactions sync automatically once connection is restored.
