An essential app for my daily routine! I use it every single day for tolls, parking, and meals. It's incredibly fast and useful. However, please improve the DuitNow QR integration. Many merchants still use the TNG-only QR, making it hard to transfer money from other banking apps. Standardizing the DuitNow QR for seamless cross-bank transfers would make this app perfect!

TNG wallet suddenly blocked my phone as “Rooted device detected / Detected by App Protect” after months of normal use. My phone is not rooted: Play Store says certified, Play Integrity passes BASIC/DEVICE/STRONG, and root checks show no SU/test-keys. Support ignored the evidence and replied with SOP templates. No real escalation, no App Protect category, only vague reset/use another device advice. Unacceptable for an wallet.

Had used it to reload my phone prepaid Fund was successful deducted but my phone account didn't receive anything Connect to Cs and Chatbot, No response given and didn't refund despite had waited for almost 1 hour😕

I just deleted my 5 star because the bank debit card may no longer available in TnG, it's ok and I know that is why because you want to sell your TnG card 😞
