I have been using TnG wallet since 2020. Problem only started in October 2024. Cannot access GO rewards and shop anymore. On 20 Nov 2024, I logged out, uninstalled app, re-installed, logged in again. Now using latest version of the app. Problem persists. Still cannot load shop page. Still cannot load GO rewards page. Blank page appears. Cannot redeem my points. I have been cheated. If l cannot redeem my points, l must stop using TnG wallet. I will switch to Boost. I will write to MCMC and BNM.

DO NOT USE OTHER THAN FOR PAYING TOLLS!! Support is slow and useless. Anything happen with your other kind of transaction, it takes month to resolved, if, It's going to be resolved. The Visa Card? Nope. Will suggest you guys not to use it. To wait for the amount be released, in case your transaction did not go through, take ages after they deducted from you TnG wallet. Support? Useless, live chat or by email. I use email, kept getting the same reply again and again and again and again. Kept asking.

TnG charged me extra on my UNIFI bill without my consent and your help center told me to settle with UNIFI ?. Why do I need to settle to UNIFI at the first place because I am not using their platform to pay ? If I am UNIFI I also will be mad. Now my CC got charged twice because of this. Be careful on this App.
