After update, all the daily used shortcut all missing, I hardly to find tol transaction history, I can find where to top up my Tng card. Really stupid update.

Please improve your layout. Need to prioritize tng product first such as can see balance between card, wallet. To add money also don't knaw where. Too many mak nenek in-apps, too chaotic

Stupid app, im trying to log into my account for my new phone bc my other phone was broken, just to get kicked and not recognized for being a little bit black from the training, now all of my savings will be locked up for 24 hours, whilst I need the money urgent for my injured knee, thank you for delaying my knee check up.now I can't do any type of heavy sports bc my knee won't support it, thank you.

I verify my ic during 2021 and I renew my ic during last year. And suddenly I got log out for no reason and somehow i step by step try to log in back, and it keeps saying request unsuccessful. I knew my face right now doesn't match my old ic (Because I GREW UP) and tng decided to temporary ban me for 24 hour just because ic owner grew up and wanted a kid in 2021 to blink their eyes just to LOG IN AN ACCOUNT.
