Worst customer service experience ever. TnG’s support system is fundamentally broken. Whenever you encounter an issue: The customer careline never answers or connects to a real person. The automated chatbot is unhelpful and wastes your time. Submitting an official ticket only triggers an automated email acknowledgment, followed by complete radio silence for days. Handling people's money requires reliable, prompt customer support, but TnG treats user issues with total negligence. Do better.

I'm using the Smart Tag, but TnG didn't deduct from my physical card when the wallet already out of balance. The card have sufficient balance to deduct. Why use th SOS? Even I take out the card from device and using it manually also it deducts from the SOS. Please help me with this issue.
