A lot smoother than previous versions! UI is nice to look at. The Swiss Pass integration was much needed :D

The app was perfect before, very simple and mainly QUICK to use, even on my fairly slow phone I could see everything I needed almost immediately after opening the app. But this new update just made it horrible, it's much harder to use in a hurry, having to go through multiple useless steps just to get a very hard to understand timetable, if you won't change anything else, at least revert to the line being on the left symbol first, and the time to arrival on the left, without the "in", and bigger

The SMS ticket system is opaque and barely useful as you cannot purchase tickets ahead of time.

Perfect example of breaking something that worked just fine. The old app worked just right, the new app is borderline unable because the new interface sucks so much. I used to love the old Tpg App, now I just use Google Maps. In particular, finding stops by search (in the departures tab) is almost impossible because you need to select two times in a row the stop you want but the second time you're not sorted alphabetically.

With this new interface, I had to change my way of searching for bus/tram connections since it got rid of the great things from the previous version. I'm not happy with the displayed station's name since it shows the location first then the station: Geneva, Bel Air or Geneva, Gare Cornavin instead of just Bel Air or Gare Cornavin. It was just so much easier to find a station in the old version! And overall I don't like the fact that sometimes buses just disappear from the schedule...
