Description
TracPrac™ (“Tracking Practice”) is a mobile healthcare clinical evaluation management solution. This digital solution is an education-centered app that automates the traditional paper methods of collecting clinical performance and evaluation records of practical experience in lab, simulation centers, and hospitals/patient care facilities. Students can log clinical experiences in the TracPrac™ app and verify check-in for attendance, record clinical activities, and track skills progress data related to specific program competencies. Students also have the option to review evaluator’s feedback in real-time, chat with Instructors, upload professional certification cards/compliance documents into the Clinical Wallet, and practice SBARR eForm communication for clinical assignments. Evaluators, Preceptors, and Clinical instructors/Coordinators/Mentors can save valuable time monitoring, evaluating, and providing feedback to guide student progress “on-demand” within the mobile app or via password-protected website. All clinical data is securely stored and accessed on the cloud-based server/website. Custom report generation provides clinical performance analytics as evidence meeting program outcomes to streamline the preparation of accreditation reports.
TracPrac™ was developed for Healthcare Education programs to be used by both Students and Educators to track clinical attendance, evidence, and hours of clinical experience in a digital format. Healthcare Programs include Nursing, Dental Hygiene/Assisting, Respiratory Care, Imaging Technology, Physical and Occupational Therapies and other programs that maintain clinical performance logs.

This was the worst user experience I have ever had. Not only does this application/service not successfully fill the role it is advertised for, its use makes tracking practical hours and experiences more difficult. It is not intuitive and insignificant errors result in hours of wasted time trying to make corrections. I advise any organization thinking of using this application to steer clear. Safe yourself and students the unnecessary stress amd headache.

I don't understand how this company was able to get colleges sign up for them. Worst user interface with several bugs. No fix in the future and devs seems to not care about the app nor the website. I can't wait for the schools to make their own clinical apps because this can not be it. WORST CLINICAL APP OUT THERE!

This app is a nightmare! Last semester, everyone had multiple sessions go missing, despite taking screenshots of when we ended them. When we reached out to fix these (not to blame, just to get new dates in) several of us were treated very rudely and told that we had done it to ourselves and that nobody else had any issues. First, we weren't looking to blame, so telling us that was sus. Second, clearly a lie. I hope colleges stop paying for this, it's also horrible besides what I just listed.
