The app is really useful, but it's still really janky. You can only add a credit card when you make a purchase, and there's no functionality to change the email address associated with the account. For my university bus pass, I need to have an account with my university email. I had already set it up with another email address, so I had to create a second account for my U-PASS for no good reason.

Works mostly as intended. Would've been nice if it told me that it signed me out while I was still in Wi-Fi, so I could sign back in to get access to my passes before boarding a bus.

Credit only fare app and admission service vehicles in operation will not accept cash or Transit Go pass. If you're in need transit and don't have credit and are expecting Transit passes to be phased out and not accepting cash tender fare expect to be turned away because some routes retroactively run cash tender fare and will firmly refuse board even if you're on mandate appearance. Trashy and inconsistent infrastructure

What is this even for? To collect data? Seriously, I don't get it. It's just buttons that link webpages. I really don't know what the purpose of this app is. To everyone else: Just download the Transit App. It does everything you need it to do, real time bus locations, trip planning, and virtual bus pass/tickets.

Went to purchase tickets, the charges reflected in my bank account but not in the app. Reported to transit office & though the app issues were resolved. The passes were not added to my account and my banking account is still reflecting the charge. Will no longer be trusting or using this app.
