I had occasion to use Tran slink bus on demand great on this me friendly what a shame it doesn't come to scariness area I am 79 the bus stop where I live are bitten to far for me to walk with legs and feet pain

Excellent service so far and great staff. I've taken it from work to the station it's better than waiting for regular buses, takes you through faster routes, and you pay the usual go card price. Maybe it takes a bit to getting used to the app. Once you know the zones and times it's very simple and quick. 4/5 for now, if this was in more/expanded GC locations 5/5. Things I want to see- Favorites to save usual trips Services in more areas Tutorial for new customers Service range radius on Map

Iam so, so happy to have this service as I have heart disease and lung disease, and I know now I can go to the shops as I can't walk it anymore but taxi will not come for short fares so please keep this service on and the drivers have respect thank you

I waited for the bus for over an hour and then was told I needed to book the bus today despite having been given No notifications of any changes to me coming home by today. This made me feel like your system has let pensioners down and any other person that has not got good internet or phone reception. I request you amend the system immediately. And Put fixed bus stops at fixed times at St Vincent's hospital. The range shops. High st shops. And the retirement village in Ipswich st.

Good for booking buses. But you can't access what you've booked in the scheduled rides cause those tabs don't work and aren't "loading". It sucks

My address is on route but when I use the app at Westfield it tells me Address not on this route This bus has to pass Austral Crescent to get to Glade Drive and Westfield The system need an upgrade June Cantrell

Experience is great when they deliver, fares are very cheap at 50 cents, but almost half of your booked rides will be cancelled immediately after booking, and booked rides if they don't get cancelled are generally unreliable and are late by 10–30 minutes. This is probably because there is a priority system, but the least amount of priority will be given to those who need it most. The problems are mostly the driver's issue/fault, as they are given free rein to cancel rides whenever they want.
