Register online, not using the app. The service is in theory amazing, but in practice I can't figure out how to book a ride, it just keeps telling me I can't book a ride with my current settings. I don't know what that meant because there are no settings to mess with. I need this service, but it looks like it's still not ready for me.

Amazing transportation, and I highly recommend the app it's an easy why to have the buss come pick you up and take you to the store and ect.

What a joke, honestly. Scheduled a ride to get us somewhere by 9 am, the app said our ride would be here by 8:20, but then didn't show up until a little after 9. Don't ride ctran if you need to be somewhere on time, because if you do you'll end up late, unless you leave hours in advance.

App sucks, the service areas in the city are too small. No service area in most of Vancouver. Especially Mill Plain
