The app is down, and I can't see where the bus is, and it would be nice if it would stay how it should be

It used to show the waiting time when you picked your bus stop (I'd prefer ETA). Recently even this function stopped working, and now I can only see the scheduled time, so that when the time is up the line just disappears - good luck catching the last bus. Oh, and it sometimes updates the bus position with a delay as big as 3 minutes.

Poor app implementation. It is /too/ dynamic, and relies too heavily on shoddy GPS reporting of bus realtime locations and direction; it's often wrong and more or less useless for ride planning. It gets confused on buses' travel directions. It also estimates wait times based on distances rather than time stop schedules, so you can't ever actually trust them (the bus may be close by, and it reports 2 min away, but it actually may be at a time stop, and you're waiting for 15 minutes).

Sent here for Laguna Beach trolley schedule, but then the app says there are no routes in Laguna Beach, which isn't true.

The app is atrocious to navigate, If you type in a location just to see where something is it won't show you where it is, just tell you what busses to take. And that's another thing, the routes it tells you to take are just straight up wrong, or waylay more complicated than they need to be. Which wouldn't be an issue if you could just look up a building and have it show you on a map where the building is, and what buses go bye it, but you can do that? I think The developers were dropped as a baby
