I don't get the hate for this app, honestly. University of Utah's system works just fine as far as accuracy, and the safe ride request feature does, too. I've only had periodic issues with the app crashing, but it's a pretty trivial issue for me. Guess it really depends on what service you're using it for and how often you need it.

The UI for fixed routes is relatively easy to understand. However, I wish my local agency used it to communicate when buses are out of service.

Honestly, you all need to fix the app because you can't really see what buses comes up anymore like the only routes that I'm really seeing is the engineering route for Tallahassee, and it's just not working here... Like all the rest of star Metro buses are not even popping up on here to show what time they come and everything, and it's making it difficult and not everyone is too happy about this... So I'm hoping you all get to work and fix this because it really needs to get fixed.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app to try to fix it multiple times, but it just won't. No bus routes appear on my app at all even when I type in the service's exact name like the app says to. This app does not work.

The app is atrocious to navigate, If you type in a location just to see where something is it won't show you where it is, just tell you what busses to take. And that's another thing, the routes it tells you to take are just straight up wrong, or waylay more complicated than they need to be. Which wouldn't be an issue if you could just look up a building and have it show you on a map where the building is, and what buses go bye it, but you can do that? I think The developers were dropped as a baby
