This app use to be great. It no longer works. Will not load at all. Samsung Note 9 - 6/20/19 Latest update to Pie fixed glitch. App great again. -6/26/19 Well, app no longer works again! Error msg that my home broadband is down and functions temporarily unavailable. Broadband is NOT down. Tried logging out &logging back in, tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Been happening for last couple days now. 10/1/19

It says system arming but it doesn't or it shows disarmed & the alarm goes off! Tech support with Spectrum is useless! It locks up the phone sometimes & you have to reboot it to start over. We have gotten errors that it can't connect with icontrol also & tech support says uninstall & reinstall.

Spectrum has horrible customer service...you spend 2-3-4 hrs on the phone trying to fix their incompetency...then they make you pay for service that their system messed up....a waste of life waiting on the phone and to get transferred 4-5 times to people you have completely reiterate you entire story for them to say "hold please and I'll transfer you"....their commercials are a joke...they show all this high tech stuff that your house will do....They can't even keep the TV working!!!?
