I run a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I was with Sprint for years, but I like CDMA phones, not GSM. Twiggy uses Sprint and Verizon both CDMA tech, which carry a signal further than GSM like T-Mobile and AT&T do not. So far, Twiggy works very well. Twiggy was the only MVNO service that would allow me to use my old, removable battery phone, which still works great. So far I've had zero issues with Twiggy and I intend to be a loyal customer. My only question is will T-Mobile keep Sprint as an CDMA service, or change it to GSM one day?. If so, will Twiggy use Verizon for data too? As for the 10 GB limit on data, that works out fine for me. I use my home Wi-Fi as much as possible, but I have the 10 GB plan. Go Twiggy!!

Works fine to look up info etc., but no chat pop-up with a service rep via this app. Best to just keep using the web browser to access the account with an addition of the helpful chat pop-up feature, since the rest of the features are pretty much the same between app vs browser.

This app worked the first week I had the service 2 months ago and since then it has a temporarily out of service note even when I uninstall and reinstall. I am unable to communicate with twiggy bc I would need to hang on the chat on my phone where the app doesn't work. It's quite frustrating.

UPDATE: No updates for over 3 years, so I took away a star. ORIGINAL: This is barely an app -- it's actually a limited interface to the Twiggy website. At least now it keeps you logged in. Still, I'm not sure I really see the point of this app as opposed to simply using the browser (they could also keep you logged in there). Twiggy should consider looking at some of the best apps from their competitors and make a serious effort.
