Since I downloaded the app,I have not been able to use it for anything. It has refused to open. I contacted UBA care and was told to update. Yet I wonder how I can update an app I just downloaded since such option is not there.

Must you upgrade an app, if you are not sure of it efficiency yet? That's exactly what you did. Is it a must that you improve, if you knew that the old version was far better that the so-called d "new version". You did rubbish with this new one and it hangs simple!. Go and sit down and improve.
