Registration
It only takes a couple of minutes to get started on Ulster Bank NI ClearSpend. Simply download the App and click ‘Need to register’ and then follow the onscreen instructions. Please note, the Business or Commercial Card account will need to be registered and activated before cardholder users can register.
Ulster Bank NI ClearSpend is available to eligible Ulster Bank NI Business and Commercial Card account customers with compatible Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries. Over 18s only, other terms and conditions apply.

Recent changes:
Security and performance update. We’ve improved sign in protection, including email guidance if you’re locked out and stronger passwords when you reset. You may also see extra verification during registration. Plus accessibility improvements, reporting capped to 3 years, and general technical performance fixes.
