Sorry folks this app isn't for shopping in store it's used to place otc orders through Convey the 3rd party vendor that is hired by various insurance companies to provide its members said benefit. For retail purchases you want the OTC NETWORK mobile app. Hope this helps 🙏

Had this for a few years now works with my benefits with my insurance so this is awesome to get stuff for free every 3 months for the house and some things need around the house like stuff for cold medicine, specially sleep pillow, weighted blanket, medicine for runny nose, to shower chair if you need that a scale so just stuff you might need around the house when you don't feel good but the one thing I enjoy the most is gloves like to wear for cooking with raw chicken

I use the correct username and password, yet it keeps saying invalid username or password. I know for a fact that it is correct. Crappie app when you have to make a new password each time you use the app

The app is terrible. Takes forever to open. When you are trying to use it bounces you back to the log in screen. Worst app ever!

Not bad for searching for items and making your selection. Shopping cart does not work at all. It is not possible to delete any items or change quantities. It does not show the total of the order and the remaining balance of your benefit. To get that information you have to use the website. Just go to the website. That works. OTC DOT SCANHEALTHPLAN DOT COM
