App only working intermittently Worked well before but now has problems fetching journey status. Problem identified on iPhone. Closing the app didn't work so tried uninstalling and reinstalling and problem didn't get fixed. Sometimes we have a taxi booked, and the taxi shows on the map then disappears and we have to book again. Made us late. Sometimes taxi driver assigned automatically, Sometimes they don't show. When you have a taxi booked on the phone it doesn't let you speak to an operator.

Joke of a taxi company. Tells you a car is coming 5 times and every time the driver cancels the job. Be quicker walking

Disgrace. Book a taxi and if you receive about 40 different drivers, or they cancel and then phone you to ask where you are even though they cancelled. Bring back Club Taxis.

The last two times using the app, it has spent around 10 minutes trying to asign a driver, before cancelling the booking. Then asking me to pick a reason why I cancelled it. It's easier to just phone for a taxi, rather than use the app.
