The new app is much better than earlier. Now I'd like to be able to "help" the AI understand our patterns e.g. by noting normal vs abnormal routines. I'm happy to accept high energy costs if I understand why I have them. Good AI is transparent and the best AI use allows corrections / interactions to improve.

Worst app ever. Pulse 2 is not working 99% of the time. The R-208 LED is fixed green, indicating a successful cloud connection, but the Pulse 2 app constantly shows a connection error and the temperature history/trends are blank. So the problem is in the new app. If I had known how Upon or are incompetent in their software, would have never chosen their dumb system. Extract any online functionality, all app functionality, all temperature control, and you get the worst solution from all. GREAT!

Login: Error. Reset password: Error. Connect Wi-Fi: Error. Unusable. Tried connecting the Wi-Fi around 20 times. It actually shows up on my router as connected (the light on the communication module goes to green as well), but the app still tells me it's not connected, and I need to try again. And again. And again. Since this is the only way of controlling my heating, I'm now locked out of my own system. Disaster.

I replaced my old fully functional Upon or Matrix X with a new Upon or Matrix Wave Pulse X-265 with R-208 only to get better Smart Home integration. Unfortunately, I am unable to connect the system with uplink or Alexa. I called Upon or and their support just told me just to wait a few weeks until they have fixed their backend. Unfortunately, the issue remains the same after several weeks.
