I joined Utility Warehouse based on the competitive rates advertised. When I requested a fixed tariff, I was told my meter wasn't connected to their system. After two months of chasing and providing the correct meter details, it was finally connected. I then received email and phone confirmation that I was on a fixed tariff, but later customer service said I was still on a variable tariff. Very poor customer service. I feel misled and cheated.

Internet consistently drops out in the evenings, and they have no one operating the helpline at this time even though it is their busiest times, so you sit on hold forever

At the moment the App is useless. Don't except my pass word and iam desperately trying (wen app lets me log in) to top up both gas & electricity. Iam on penc on each now. Not impressed at moment 😡........................ ..........................

UI looks like it's been designed by a 5-year-old. The icon for Broadband has the word Broadband...with the d on the next line. Was this even tested? Submitting meter readings on the previous version was straightforward and easy requiring far fewer clicks than with the new. The old version was fine.
