UI looks like it's been designed by a 5-year-old. The icon for Broadband has the word Broadband...with the d on the next line. Was this even tested? Submitting meter readings on the previous version was straightforward and easy requiring far fewer clicks than with the new. The old version was fine.

Biometric login, and once you're logged in, it then asks to log in again for your mobile service tab page. Then each time you exit the tab, you have to log in again. Absolutely ridiculous, JUST WHY?? Dark mode was added before it's even ready, so why add it? And now due to bad Development, you waste our time, having to log in time and time again. Sack the dev team and buy them some crayon's... update it NOT downgrades it.

I joined Utility Warehouse based on the competitive rates advertised. When I requested a fixed tariff, I was told my meter wasn't connected to their system. After two months of chasing and providing the correct meter details, it was finally connected. I then received email and phone confirmation that I was on a fixed tariff, but later customer service said I was still on a variable tariff. Very poor customer service. I feel misled and cheated.

Internet consistently drops out in the evenings, and they have no one operating the helpline at this time even though it is their busiest times, so you sit on hold forever
