It isn't compatible with my new phone, it was glitchy with my old phone many times. So my old cellphone has to be used. I'm upping my review since it is working good on old phone as long as it keeps working. So it's more of a five-step affair.

Worthless app with limited functionality. Only 14. Facilities are listed and those are in FL, GA, SC and AL. Pretty useless to any not in those states. There is no way to search for any facility. The buttons don't work if you tap on them. Seriously broken app that could be a good app, but it's obvious the developer has no interest in improving or fixing it.

Sign in takes forever. Go through the ID me, and then it won't go back to the VA me app. The appointment won't even show up under the travel claim.

Doesn't recognize any California VA Hospitals or Medical Centers. I need long Beach VA facility and Los Angeles facility and west Los Angeles facility!
