Very good app to have when going to VA especially out of state like I have to travel to multiple times. Very accurate easy to use and not frustrating especially when you have to make it to an appointment. I recommend this app to veterans and veterans spouses and family members alike.

It isn't compatible with my new phone, it was glitchy with my old phone many times. So my old cellphone has to be used. I'm upping my review since it is working good on old phone as long as it keeps working. So it's more of a five-step affair.

Doesn't recognize any California VA Hospitals or Medical Centers. I need long Beach VA facility and Los Angeles facility and west Los Angeles facility!

I always encounter problems when using this application. In order to get the problem rectified, I have to go back to Joseph Maxwell Cleveland Medical Center to the travel department to have them enter the information using their computer. This is costing me gas, time, and additional mileage on my vehicle. The travel department staff encounter the same problem when they use my phone and end up inputting my travel info manually. When they input my infor, a $6.00 fee is deducted.

Locations do not include all. Limited to only a few states. Trying to file a travel claim gets stuck and doesn't open the system after logging in.

Doesn't seem to let me review or create a new or incomplete travel claim, and help link doesn't seem to do anything either. Almost completely useless app to me. Deleting
