★ VIDEO MODE
• Record with the camera app or import a clip you already have
• Frame-by-frame timeline with ±1 and ±10 frame steps
• Height from flight time with h = g·t²/8
• Clip speed setting: As recorded (default), Slow-mo ¼ (120 fps) or Slow-mo ⅛ (240 fps) for clips that play the jump slowed down; you confirm both marks are inside the slowed part
• Flights longer than 1.0 second are flagged, never saved
• Standing and Approach tags for every jump
★ QUICK TEST (NO CAMERA)
• Hold the phone flat against your chest and jump 3 times
• The motion sensor detects each airborne phase and landing
• Live "in the air" status and a grip tip after 12 seconds without a jump
• Each jump plus the average; stopping early still keeps one or two valid jumps
• Approximate; video mode is the precise option
★ DUNK CALCULATOR
• Standing reach + vertical, or one tap to use your saved record
• 10 ft, 9 ft or 8 ft rim
• Shows the gap to the rim or how much you clear it, with 15 cm (about 6 in) clearance included
★ RECORDS
• Personal record, plus Standing and Approach records
• Average and a bar chart of recent jumps
• History with the method for each jump
• Result card image to share
★ FILMING TIPS
Film from the side, feet in frame, phone held still. Slow motion gives finer frame steps. Mark the first frame with both feet off the ground and the first frame a foot touches down.
★ LIMITS
Accuracy depends on your marking and on landing the way you took off. Quick Test is a sensor estimate. Measuring runs on your phone and videos stay on your phone. A training tool, not a medical device.
Recent changes:
If you tap “Stop” during “Quick Test” and no jump has been picked up, the card stays on screen with “—”, “No jump detected yet.”, a tip on holding the phone and “Test Again”, instead of clearing. A test that times out after 45 seconds with no jump also shows that tip now.
