U can pay by card or cash through this app which is handy if uve no been to the bank yet. And also has a tip button. Would like to see a Report Driver button for the odd occasion when the driver sits on his fone from pick up to drop off or doesn't know the streets a tries to pull a fast one taking you a tour de bell shill.

I've got to know a lot of the drivers as use this company regularly. It's always good to have repeat drivers who I can converse with, it makes the trips less tedious. Although it's nice to have new drivers, and they're just as nice. One or two times I have had to call rather than use the app and the ladies solve any issues (very rare) right away. I always have a taxi arrive within 10 minutes of ordering, which is brilliant considering the mileage/distance they have to drive. Thank you 😊

The driver was driving too fast throughout the whole journey, which had him having to break fast whenever a car stopped or slowed down in front of him, and he almost crashed into a van at a roundabout, which made the van driver pump his horn intensely, but the driver still continued to drive too fast afterward.

I had terrible experience, the weather was rainy, I had me wee ones with me, I was stuck and waiting for the taxi, there was a bad traffic the taxi will take 8 min, but I had to wait, then it seemed like the driver is not coming and the app is searching for a new one I called the customer service for help to try to say why the driver cancelled?! On the other hand, I will be charged to cancel if the driver is on the way. The man on the line was shouting and ended the call while I was speaking!! So Rude!

Honestly a shame what's happened to this company drivers aren't motivated to work due to new areas being opend up covid and taxiing costs so fairs have increased however service is abysmal this morning I was late to work after pree booking a taxi 40 minutes prior witch was cancelled becuese there were no drivers available with no notification from the app and waiting an hour and 35 minutes didn't get home till 1 o'clock in the morning, and I'm working at 6 in the morning

Totally unprofessional taxis, not recommended. The waiting times are horrible. They say 5 mins and you waiting 30 mins with no update. When you call customer service rude guy will talk to you. I will never use them again!!!
