I have had problems with logging in from the start. The C- code does not get sent. Had to chat with support to log in. They sent me the code in the chat, so I was able to log in, the ticket is inside. Now, hours before the concert, I was unable to receive the code again. A bit frustrating. But the support has replied in a couple of hours, so I have access again... Not too reliable if you prepare for 6 months...

I can't login since it only allow to enter 10 digits of our phone number. While in my country mostly we have 11 digits phone number (w/o the country code) +62

One of the worsted products I've ever seen. All scenarios are completely non-obvious. I want just to get my _ken ticket, I don't want to download your _ken app, register, spend a huge time just for one event. Also, I just want to send a _jen ticket to my friend as a picture or file why does it show me strange qr-pics that randomly change every 3 seconds. Real qr unreadable in dark mode. This service bring only additional steps, restrictions, and problems, I extremely dislike it.

Forcing people to install an app is not a good way of selling tickets. I don't want to install an application, sending PDF tickets on email works just fine. Enjoy your 1-star review for your useless application.

Aggressive forcing to install this app is not acceptable. First they sold me tickets and took my money, after that no other way to get my tickets except through this spam app was proposed!
