Been on this for over a year, lost 15% of body weight. Great coaches. Yes I take meds, but, they don't force it on you to start. If you have need for mental help they have that. They listen. They don't judge.

Great for tracking healthy weight loss. I do wish there were more options for the foods to choose from and the workout activities (i.e. the only core workout option they have is sit-ups & other). Can you also bring back the medication reminder checklist?

I am very pleased with the support I have found at Vida Health. The Dietician and life behavior coaches have met me right where I am and encourage me in my weight loss journey. There is zero judgement, a wealth of information, and skill building suggestions that are collected in one app. The features are intuitive, reliable, and as interactive with you as you make it. Food, exercise, and desired habits are easily tracked. This might be at no cost to you, as it is to me. I'm down 10# since Jan.

Vida is not a health program. It's just a 3rd party insurance claim denier. The platform is amateurish and filled with AI slop. In response to VIDAs comment: you have service level agreements in your employer contracts on how much money in claims savings they'll achieve by vida restricting prescription coverage. Ie a 3rd party claim denier.

The new update is terrible. I can't see calories totals by meal. It won't remember my food groupings by meal-same thing for breakfast as yesterday? Enter it all line by line. Making g you own health meals and want to be precise? Not going to happen? Want to adjust the grams of food. You cannot enter the number anymore, you have to use the +/- keys, and it makes out at 100 grams. It may have been an update. It was not an upgrade.
