Hvis du ønsker at bruge appen, skal du aftale en videokonsultation med din behandler, og sikre dig at din behandler er oprettet i løsningen. Tidsbestilling og betaling foregår som ved en almindelig konsultation.

I appen vil du møde din behandler i et virtuelt venteværelse. Herefter åbner din behandler for forbindelsen mellem jer, på det aftalte tidspunkt og I kan nu gennemføre jeres videokonsultation.

For at anvende appen skal du logge på med NemID og acceptere samtykket.

*Update* Kudos to the team for fixing the issues only a couple of days later. *Old review* Nonfunctional. On Firefox, it goes to an infinite redirect loop. On chrome, it displays a white screen. If I force-close and reopen the app, it's stuck on the app logo screen. Clearing the storage data makes the app crash a couple of seconds on the page for selecting your user type. Reinstalling it leads to the original problems.

I can't change the camera settings, and the app choses the back camera, which is useless when having a conversation... Can't use it on my phone.
