Basic. Some feels goofy, like they are making up stretches just to say they have stretches.

The app is easy to use, the stretches are fine. We had one of the instructors out to give their personal input on several things, much of which was not helpful, because it was not relevant to anyone not working in the office. Cons about the app: they sell your info. Found my info uploaded on FB, said they uploaded the list, they also uploaded that list for other people to use. Was not very happy. There is no reason for them to do this & no way to opt out of this.
