★★★★★ Voicemails could not be downloaded. Seemed to work pretty well until perhaps an update caused voicemails not to download.

★★☆☆☆ Does it work? Yes... I suppose. The old version was MUCH better. It DOES allow you to make calls from your desk number via your cell phone. It DOES allow you to search/dial your VCE phone directory. It DOES show you inbound call history to your VCE phone. That's about it for good points. Now to start complaining on the internet... Having to log into your Verizon account every time you want to make a call is SUPER annoying. I've tried all sorts of things to try and get it to stay running/logged in while not using my phone. No dice. The "Pull Call" feature doesn't seem to work. If on a call, at your desk, it's supposed to let you pull the call to your cell, so you can walk down the hall. There's no "Voice Mail" button. You have to dial the number to your voice portal manually or save it in your phone's contact list.
