I am not rating the app. But I am rating vita cost customer service in general I love them! I can order from them and my order will arrive quickly within 48 hrs. Ex. I ordered on 12/23 I received an email stating i wouldn't receive it until 12/26. But to my surprise I received it on 12/24. I have been a vita cost customer for some time and I love there customer service. If I have a problem with my order which have had only 1 time. They fixed it immediately. I wish they would bring bk the free samp

Skeptical with the buyout by herb. Hopefully they ditched the ghetto delivery people in the white vans making deliveries. Only reason why I stopped using herb.

I absolutely love Vita cost, but the app needs some major work. When you click on a promo and start scrolling 1. There are no pictures 2. You get to the bottom (which is not the end of the products) there is a button that says load more that rarely works 3. There is no order history or saved items like previously mentioned. The app is good to price compare items with vita cost vs a store but that's really about it. App details say bugs were fixed February 8th, but they weren't.

Vita cost is a great store, but the app is glitchy and slow. I can't sign in anymore unless I change my password first; then after my session expires, it doesn't recognize my new password and I have to change it again. Searching items is slow and tapping on the result often ends up in a broken page. I can't access my cart, either. I'll just stick to the store's website for now.
