I'm a professional installer /dealer and, if anyone has connection, issues with the app on, connecting please check all your network settings in the NVR. Have your installer come out for service

Like the fact that I can check out my cameras where ever I am, as long as I have a cell connection or on Wi-Fi, always connects. I do notice that I need to periodically check for system updates. As for play back I only do that at the DVR, some systems are better than others but for me, I like the Vmax A1Plus.

Works great with our 16 channel VMAX IP NVR. The Android Nougat update broke this app, but they eventually updated the app and all is well again.

The second you turn off Wi-Fi, the app says there's a network error. Doesn't work off of mobile data.

My original DVR's hard drive crashed, and it was replaced by our newer version. The app constantly crashes on my phone and I can't always access the cameras. There is something wrong with this app. It is not my phone I am a certified computer technician with over 20 years of experience, so I keep my equipment current and up-to-date. You guys really need to fix your cracked issues expediently.
